Refunds/Cancellations Due to our small size cancellations have a big impact on us. A deposit equal to one nights stay per room is required to secure your reservation. For stays longer than two nights, a deposit equal to 50% is required with balance due at arrival. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. Once your reservation has been secured with a deposit, guests are obligated for payment of their entire stay regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. A 10-date cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund minus a $25.00 service charge. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will receive a refund minus a $25.00 service charge, only if the room can be rebooked. We will make every effort to return your deposit to you. Reservations are secured by a deposit within 5 days and confirmed either by email or USPS. All deposits are non-transferable to another date. Sales tax rate is 10%.

Small Print
Guests
are responsible for any damages to our facility
and contents. A fee for replacement or cleaning
of towels, linens, furniture, or rugs damaged by
lotions, furniture, or rugs damaged by lotions,
nail polish, spilled beverages, and shoe polish,
etc. will be charged to the guest. Maryland law
requires our facility to be smoke-free. Smoking
can, however, be done on the outside deck. Guests
who abuse these smoking restrictions will be subject
to a $200.00 room-cleaning fee. Sorry we can not
accommodate children under 10.
Sorry no pets allowed.

Check-In/Out
Check-in time is from 3 - 7 PM. Prior arrangements can be made for early or late check-in. Please call ahead to make these arrangements. Check-out is by 11 AM.
